Erica helps manage the back-end administrative support for events like ALPHA and city engagement. Originally from Minnesota, Erica graduated from the University of Minnesota with a passion for communication, journalism, hospitality and fashion. After years working in the big apple, Erica knew God was calling her to more. It was then that she wrote a Christian book, created faith based non-profits and aspired to further God's kingdom. Erica's family aspires to move abroad to start a ministry focused on connecting the community, ideally in a Spanish speaking context. Erica and her husband, Juan, along with their son, Santiago are expanding their family in 2025.
