Advent is a time of expectant waiting and preparation, reflecting on the profound mystery of Christ's coming—both as a humble child in Bethlehem and His promised future return. This season calls us to slow down amidst the hustle and bustle of holiday festivities, allowing us to truly contemplate the depth of God's love for us, as foretold in Isaiah 9:6, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given..."
